We all go a little crazy, sometimes...
Gotham has never been a city that embraces peace, some think that its not capable of surviving without the inner wars that rage so fiercely in the confines of the city. It has always been a perfect breeding ground for villians and heroes, the sane beings and the insane ones too. The Batman has always been around protecting the citizens of Gotham, being the hero that the city deserves but not the one it needs while the Joker and his pals give the shadowed city, the chaos and the insanity that it craves. It just balances perfectly. Many say that Arkham is not the place that sane people should linger around but gradually over the years the insanity has started to spread from the depths of Arkham, tainting the hearts and the minds of the sane. The citizens are slowly going insane, their mentality draining from their bodies like water and the criminals in the city are moving from the sewers like bees to honey, the time is coming near for evil to triumph over the good.
This is the Joker's City.
..but there is a glimmer of hope, like there always has been.
Will Batman be sane enough to save the day, or will Gotham be corrupted for all eternity?
Gotham is in your hands.
